Vincent Crudele is head of software development at Total Valuation Services, LLC, with more than 25 years of experience developing computer programs for municipal clients in Connecticut. Vinny is also the owner of Quality Data Services, Inc., where he created software packages serving Tax Assessors (Assessor 2000™) and Tax Collectors (WinTax 2000™). He is currently in charge of developing Total CAMA™, which will share the same industry-standard Microsoft SQL platform as the leading programs developed by QDS.

| Michael Fazio, MAI has over 20 years of experience appraising commercial and residential properties in Connecticut. Prior to forming Kerin & Fazio, LLC, Mike was president of Fazio & Associates, Inc., a full service appraisal firm located in Bridgeport and serving the entire State of Connecticut. He holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation and is a Certified General Appraiser. Mike has a Masters Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University.

| Christopher K. Kerin, MAI, CCIM has an advanced level of expertise in real estate investment and valuation, having earned the elite CCIM and MAI designations. He has over twenty years of experience advising leading state, national and international firms active in the Connecticut commercial real estate market. Chris is a member of the Appraisal Institute, CCIM Institute, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He is licensed in Connecticut as a real estate broker, certified general appraiser, and municipal revaluation supervisor. Graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in finance and concentration in real estate and urban economic studies, Chris’ post-graduate work includes study in eminent domain, ad valorem taxation, and environmental risk.

| Leonello Di Nicola is the Chief Financial Officer of Total Valuation Services, LLC where his responsibilities include cash management, A/R, A/P, payroll, investments, budgeting and all Accounting day-to-day operations. He also serves as CFO of Quality Data Services, Inc., a municipal software development company. Prior to joining Total Valuation Services, Leo was partner in the tax preparation firm of Kolb Maguire, LLC, and controller for Union Camp Corporation, a Fortune 200 Company. He has a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
