Prophecy One, LLC is owned by Quality Data Service, Inc., the leading municipal software company in Connecticut. Our administrative assessor and revenue collection applications are installed in over 140 Connecticut towns and districts. Prophecy One’s CAMA software, an extension of Quality Data Service’s municipal software, provides seamless bi-directional integration among various town departments. Commercial Revaluation Specialists, LLC (CRS) provides quality mass appraisal and counseling services, focusing primarily on Connecticut real estate. CRS has valued real estate ranging from residential homes to large corporate office parks. Owners Chris Kerin, MAI, and Michael Fazio, MAI each have over 20 years of experience appraising Connecticut properties.
